Hey everyone!
I’m sorry that I haven’t been on here very much within the past few weeks. I have been incredibly busy. I basically traveled through 7 states in the matter of 2 weeks, and it’s been nuts.
But, I have had a lot of things on my heart lately, and I just thought I would get on here and share them with you, since all I have been posting lately are instagram pictures.

Ever since I’ve been in Indiana with Garrett and his family, I have realized that I’m not the best person in the world. I went to the International House of Prayer University for almost a full year, and it’s like it didn’t change my heart at all.
It’s actually kind of sad.
It was incredibly easy to just forget about God and simply move through the motions of the school. I would wake up every morning and go to my classes and just forget about why I was really there. I remember almost falling asleep and just not paying attention at all to what my teachers had to say… except for in my music classes.
I wasn’t pressing into God like I should have been. I wasn’t pressing into God like I was called to.
So halfway through my second semester, I got extremely tired of everything at that school, and just stopped going.
Once I got to Indiana, Garrett’s mom showed me a book written by David Pawson called Unlocking The Bible. I’ve been reading that book almost every night before I go to sleep, and I must say, it’s started to put my life back into a different perspective. I remember I was just sitting in my room here, alone, reading and listening to Laura Hackett while Garrett was downstairs watching TV. It was great, but very different for me.
I hadn’t listened to worship music since I stopped going to the Prayer Room during my scheduled and required hours for school. I realized again that this is what I’m made for. Worship.
Maybe being a worship leader isn’t what God has called for me. Maybe it’s something more. Something greater. But what I do know is that it involves music and loving my God with every fiber of my being.

I want to do a lot of changes to my life. I want to figure out who I am and why I am here. I want to stop leaning on material things. I want to start getting closer to God like I should have been doing the past year. I want to start doing a lot of things, and I am going to. My life is going to change in many different ways.
Look out everyone.

I want to start making clothes. Not like, from scratch. But, like, buying shorts or jeans from somewhere like Wal*Mart, and figuring out a way to make them my own. Sewing stuff to think, ripping them, bleaching them. Whatever I can do.
